What are the Odds That a Hundred-Year-Old Tree Would Fall on My Car?

When we bought our home, one of the biggest attractions was this big, beautiful tree in the front yard that shaded our property and neighbors. It had a thick trunk, probably three feet in diameter, about fifty feet high, with thick limbs spreading over twenty-five or more feet.
